* Welcome and thanks for your support for a remedy that will bring Maine Governance back to the authority for the citizens.



* This remonstrance is the authority of We the People of Maine to instruct our government personnel and Electors of what we expect out of our Government.
* In the founding days of America and the free and independent states, The guiding philosophy was to live free and independent with our natural, inherent and unalienable rights without a tyrannical Government ruling with abusive power and greed that disrespects the rights of people ordained by God.
* American philosophy was first guided by the Declaration of Independence.
* The European Governance system believed that they had the authority to rule over citizens as subjects of the government.
* The greed of the power and control of people such as the bankers took control or influence of the government system which abused the people with fraud and deceit to gain their undue riches.

* The Declaration of Independence was a strong Remonstrance to Brittan to demand the respect of our natural rights from God.
* The remonstrance is a notice from the people identifying the wrongs and grievances of violations of government abuse and usurpation of power not granted to the personnel who took an oath to perform their duties




* We organized, Debated and Sought opinions from patriots throughout the State and settled upon the most major issue that we face is that our government is not operating by the authority of the people but by the influence of lobbyist, corporations lawyers and bankers.
* We therefore explored many issues of how to deal with the unlawful nature of the government of the State of Maine.
* The choices are seeking a sheriff to gather a Citizen Grand Jury and investigate through the subpoena process the crimes done by the politicians in violations of their Oath to the people to perform their duties according to the constitutional law as ordained by “We the People of Maine.”
* The citizen Grand Jury has been performed across the nation and was many times ignored by the various governments that was served.
* It was also discovered that our relief was defined in the constitution under Article 1 Section 15 with the rights to petition on the wrongs and grievances. We noticed the word Remonstrance was established and upon inspection of definition of Remonstrance and found that this is a procedure dating back to the days of the magna carter and the first American Remonstrance was the Declaration of Independence. James Madison also produced a Remonstrance on the United States Government when the legislature was trying to legislate Religion into law.
* After the study of what a Remonstrance is, we found that it is the highest form of lawful remedy above any legislation or court decree available to the people.



* We therefor debated what would be in a Remonstrance and defined one to serve upon the Governor, Speaker of the House and Senate President.
* We delivered a remonstrance with signed receipt demanding a response within 10 days.
* We therefore held a press conference in the capital Hall of Flags and got the attention of the Governor who responded back with discussed because we had not informed him first, where we informed him that we had been trying to contact him for over a year and all communications were being ignored.
* Governor Paul LePage invited us to meet with him and we scheduled a meeting.
* The Speaker of the house and the President of the Senate has not responded yet after many attempts other than the ability to be met with their lawyers as the gate keepers.




* We held a meeting for 1.5 hours with Governor Paul LePage and presented a list and discussion of wrongs and grievances.
* We also showed the governor many attempts to communicate with him and found that his cabinet was filtering any attempts to citizen communications about important issues and legislation that was being kept from his attention.
* A major issue of the Land Use and Regulatory Commission was presented as a violation of the constitutional property rights, which he did not understand how LURC violated the constitution.
* Governor Paul LePage invited us back with a presentation of the property rights violations and we brought in Michael Coffman, Roger Ek and Henry Joy to present a professional presentation of the history and violations of the United Nations Agenda 21 and Land Use and Regulatory Commission.
* Governor LePage expressed that he did not have the ability to correct these matters because of the Legislature and past legislation that created this matter but did suggest a citizen referendum.



* All in all we found Governor Paul LePage interested in the process of bringing our government back to constitutional balance, but expressed that doing so would create a tragedy of many people who were stuck in the socialist system that we have become today (not his words but ours).
* We believe that bringing Maine back to the constitution would not be like flipping a switch but a planned process of doing the things that did not require immediate chaos to the way people have been indoctrinated to live.
* There are many things that could be done immediately such as eliminating Agenda 21 from our government and ensuring that people have their rights to property as intended.
* This would allow private industries to flourish and employ the people of Maine back to the economic balance that we once enjoyed.
* This Remonstrance must continue in all communities to save Maine from our economic downfall to provide the freedoms and liberties that our country was founded upon.
* We need to grow the exposure of this Remonstrance to the communities

* This Remonstrance will take many groups of people throughout Maine communities to show up in Augusta to present many grievances from the many free and independent peoples of Maine. We should all be independent in our personal ways.
* We need to get more people involved to define the remonstrance and what We the People can do to bring the constitutional law back to our government system
* Please join in to the many categories of discussions to help build the evidences of unconstitutional activities that need to be abolished from our Maine Governance system.
* This is the place to share our information about the wrongs and grievances in order to educate others and help build the presentations of the Maine Holiday of Remonstrance that will impose our citizen authority to advance the proper constitutional balance that the people in our government must work by in performing their oaths and duties to the “We the People of Maine”
