In Maine we have discovered that we do not have any active lawful courts or judges to properly prosecute the crimes against our Maine Constitution. This is a very important discovery of organized crime from the Bankers and their lawyers to destroy our constitutional process. If it happened in our state It probably has been the secret design done to all states by a foreign organization known as the BAR (British Accredited Registry)

Notes:
We must take notice of the Unlawful Maine Courts and Judges in order to understand what has happened to our government and the constitutional law that is authorized by We the People of Maine.

- Our current court system has no foundation in Maine law to operate because it is not properly legislated as prescribed by our Maine Constitution.
- There are no lawfully seated Judges in Maine as prescribed by our Maine Constitutions and the statutes that prescribe the authority of a judge on at least 5 counts.
- Lawyers took control over our Maine legislature with 75% of the elected being Lawyers of the BAR.
- They voted in a Maine BAR Association (Corporation) that has no real force and affect of constitutional law to have any authority. They just promote the fraudulent legal procedures.
- The very same Lawyer controlled Legislature voted in a Maine Judiciary Corporation that has no constitutional law authority but they run the court system and prescribe the procedures
- In 1959 The Maine BAR association (Corporation) changed their rules of testing lawyers for their BAR Card (No State license) to no longer test for Common law procedure to prosecute the Constitutional authorized laws. Therefor our judges are not drawn from a pool of men who are learned in the Law.
- The Maine BAR submitted a bill to the legislature to approve the authority of the Maine Judiciary Corporation (Non-Government) to rewrite the court rules and procedures to operate under Federal Civil procedures and cast out the Common Law procedures of Constitutional law.
