It is all about property

Your body is your property; items utilized to sustain your body are your property, e. g. tools, labor, products (the fruits) resulting from the use of your tools and labor are your property. To intentionally violate, obfuscate, infringe, or otherwise restrain your inherent rights to the above by anyone who has taken an Oath to support the Constitution(s) is guilty of perjury, assault, theft, and/or fraud. Any other persons, or groups of people who have not taken the above mentioned Oath, but who violate those same inherent rights are guilty of assault, fraud, or theft.
Persons have the responsibility and obligation connected to those rights of asserting, proclaiming, and protecting them against abuse and attack by others, including an out of control, tyrannical government. Our government was instituted to preserve and protect these rights so the individuals would not have to do so themselves. Through the years the people became lax, apathetic, and failed to demand that their government be accountable, and fulfill the obligation for which it was created. Rights that are not claimed or defended by persons who ignore their duty to do, will obviously be attacked and violated. However, those rights cannot actually be given or taken away from a person - they are permanently ingrained in each from birth, and remain with them until death. So, all one, whose inherent rights have been violated, needs to do is reassert them, protect and defend them in the future, reform their government, or institute a new one, as asserted in the Declaration of Independence, and in the Constitution for the State of Maine, Article I, Section 2.
